Any UNC Charlotte affiliated group can post events to the Campus Events web site, accessible online at Campus Events or from the UNC Charlotte home page. Events should be submitted online two weeks in advance of event date.

To submit an event to the Campus Events Information Database, please follow the link to Campus Events and select "Submit."
- Please submit your event a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date to ensure posting to the web site. Best efforts will be made to support all events, but posting cannot guaranteed for last-minute submissions.
- You can submit an event scheduled anytime during the academic year; however, note that at a given time, the web site displays only the event listings active in next 7 and 30 day periods.
- All submissions must be open to a broad segment of the campus community and/or public. Examples: blood drives, homecoming, lectures, movies, student government elections, sport events, concerts, International Festival and other important deadlines (academic, Housing & Residence Life, etc.).
- Events which restrict attendance to "members only" or "members and guests" will NOT be included. Examples: honor society meetings, fraternity/sorority meetings, academic club meetings, faculty committee meetings and individual club/organizations meetings which are closed to non-members.
