Flyers, handouts, brochures and similar publicity materials are welcome at the Information Center counter.
INFORMATION TABLES (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)
- Information tables (also called publicity tables or "pub-tables") are available for reservation through CRES (Conference, Reservations and Event Services) located in Room 252 of the Student Union.
- Table reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the Student Union lobby, rotunda and patio areas. Advance reservations are encouraged.
- At least one representative from the reserving registered student organization must attend the table for the duration of the reservation.
Bulletin Boards are available throughout the building for campus-related posting. Materials need to be date-stamped at the Information Center and can be posted 21 days prior to or up to the event date. Materials must not exceed 11"x17." Limit one poster per event, per posting location.
See the Information Center to submit posters or flyers for the Information Kiosks located on the first and second floors. Posters and flyers should be submitted up to one month prior to or up to the event. Installation and removal of materials will be performed by Student Union personnel.
EXTERIOR GROUNDS SIGNAGE
Outdoor A-frames and yard signs are permitted on the front (south) and back (north) patios, and designated walkway areas where they do not impede pedestrian traffic. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis through CRES. Materials must be supplied by the reserving organization or individual and must be removed by midnight of the next business day following the event.
